Baking soda is also natural and won’t harm pets or small children if ingested. Baking soda works similarly to laundry detergent, but it is easier to use with large surfaces.

  1. Sprinkle a thin layer of baking soda over the couch. Wet a clean rag with water.

  2. Gently rub the wet rag over the baking soda to make a paste. Scrub away the stains.

  3. Leave the baking soda paste on the couch to dry. Vacuum up the dried baking soda.
