Coleman Mach Air Conditioners Specs

The Coast Distribution company produced the Coleman-Mach series of RV air conditioning units, which attach to the ceiling of your mobile home and provide you both hot and cold air. Roughneck

The Roughneck 8433 model produces up to 13,500 British thermal units per hour of cool air and up to 5,600 Btu/hour of heat.  It runs on between 1,617 and 1,950 watts when cooling your RV, and at 1,800 watts when providing heat. This unit weights 93 lbs, and its dimensions are 37 inches long by 26 inches wide by 135 inches high. 

HP2

The HP2 High Performance Heat Pump 8535 provides you with up 12,700 Btu/hour of heat and up to 15,000 Btu/hour of cool air.  It also has a backup electrical heat strip, which provides you with up to 5,600 Btu/hour of additional heat. It uses copper tubing to extend the life of the system, and it has an electrical rating of 115 volts at 60 cycles.  This is a one-phase heat pump, and this unit weighs 90 lbs. Mach Series

The Mach series includes the Mach 3 Plus and Mach 15 models.  The Mach 3 Plus’ dimensions are 37 inches long by 26 inches wide by 135 inches high, and it weighs 845 lbs. It produces up to 13,500 Btu/hour of cool air and up to 5,600 Btu/hour of heat.  The maximum running watts are 1,924 for cool air and up to 1,800 for heat. The Mach 15 produces up to 14,800 Btu/hour of cool air and up to 5,600 Btu/hour of heat.  The cool air maximum running watts are 2,117, and the heating maximum running watts are 2,117. The dimensions of this unit are 37 inches long by 26 inches wide by 135 inches high, and it weighs 90 lbs. 

Polar

The Polar series includes the Polar Mach 9203 and the Polar Cub 9201.  The Polar Mach’s dimensions are 4475 inches long by 2975 inches wide by 1063 inches high, and it weighs 96 lbs. It produces up to 13,500 Btu/hour of cool air and up to 5,600 Btu/hour of heat.  The full load amps are 127 for cooling and 164 for heating, which refers to the total amount of amps that the motor should pull while running. The max cool air running watts are 1,695, and the max heat running watts are 1,845.  The Polar Cub produces up to 5,600 Btu/hour of heat and up to 9,200 Btu/hour of cool air. Its maximum cool air running watts are 1,260, and its max heating running watts are 1,650.  It weighs 93 lbs. and its dimensions are 4475 inches long by 2975 inches wide by 1063 inches high. 

Power Saver

The Power Saver Series include the Mach I and Mach III, and both of these units produce up to 5,600 Btu/hour of heat.  The Mach I produces up to 12,690 Btu/hour of cool air, and the Mach II up to 13,500 Btu/hour. The Mach 1 weighs 95 lbs.  and its dimensions are 37 inches long by 26 inches wide by 135 inches high. The heat full load amps are 156, and the cool full load amps are 93.  The Mach III weighs 925 lbs. and its dimensions are 27 inches long by 26 inches wide by 135 inches high.  The cooling full load amps are 102, and the heating full load amps are 16.
