How to Replace the Storm Window in a Pella Storm Door

When working with a large glass panel, it may be helpful to have another person to hold the glass while you work.

  1. Remove the vertical strips along the sides of the storm window by gently pulling the corners away from the door frame.

  2. Hold the glass while removing the horizontal strip along the top of the storm window. Carefully lift out the window and set it aside.

  3. Holding the new storm window in place in the door, insert the horizontal strip along the top of the storm window to secure it in place.

  4. Insert the vertical strips along the sides of the storm window.
