Grubex Directions
Grubex is a product for controlling grubs, caterpillars, crane fly larvae and chinchbugs in the lawn. Wait until a dry day between spring and late summer before applying Grubex for a season-long protection of your yard. Grubex comes in bags sized for 5,000-, 7,000- and 10,000-square-foot yards.
Choose the size closest to your yard's area.
Things You Will Need
- Broadcast or drop spreader
- Broom
- Sprayer hose

Set your broadcast spreader to 3 ½ or your drop spreader to 5 ½.

Fill the spreader with the contents of the bag of Grubex.

Apply an even coating of Grubex over the entire surface of your yard. Walk the perimeter of your yard with the spreader and continue walking in tightening circles until you reach the center of your yard.

Sweep any excess Grubex off of driveways or sidewalks with a broom.

Spray your entire lawn with a sprayer hose or your sprinkler system to completely wet the product.

Wait until the Grubex dries before allowing pets or children out on the lawn.
