In each instance of the heater automatically shutting off, it requires resetting. Unlike most small appliances, the Edenpure heater has no reset button. Edenpure’s design requires disconnecting the power source for a specified amount of time to reset the sensors.

  1. Turn the power switch to the “Off” position or down to “0.” If the unit has been tipped over, stand it upright.

  2. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. Leave the heater unplugged for a minimum of 30 minutes. This allows time for the internal sensors to reset.

  3. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet. Turn the power switch to “On” and adjust the temperature settings as necessary.

The Drip Cap

  • Edenpure heaters are single-room space heaters.
  • The Edenpure heater has a high-temperature safety switch which cuts the unit off should it reach a preset maximum temperature.
  • Turn the power switch to “On” and adjust the temperature settings as necessary.
