The blade on the Krups bean grinder is fastened to the bottom of the grinder chamber. You may need to replace the blade on your Krups 203. The Krups 203 comes with a limited 1-year warranty, but the company recommends you send your grinder to the company to make repairs. Unplug your Krups grinder from the wall.

Remove the grinder's lid, and use a cloth to wipe out the inside of the grinder chamber.

Put your safety gloves on and then grasp the blade of the grinder with your channel locks.

Use the pliers to turn the plastic fastening nut to the left as you continue to hold the blade with the channel locks. Once the plastic nut comes loose, twist it off by hand and remove it, along with the plastic washer beneath it and the old blade.

Set the new blade in place, and replace the washer and nut. You will have to hold the new blade in place with the channel locks as you tighten the securing nut.
