Does Not Agitate

1. Unplug the washing machine from the outlet. Check the appropriate circuit breaker located in the main circuit panel of your home. All circuit breakers should be turned to the ON position. If the washer's circuit breaker is in the OFF position, switch it to the ON position.

2. Make sure the washing machine lid is closed completely and there are no visible gaps between the appliance and the lid. The machine will not agitate if the lid is open.

3. Reinsert the washing machine plug into the electrical outlet. Turn the control dial to the normal cycle and restart the washing machine. The washing machine may pause for a moment, which is normal. Wait 1 minute. The washing machine should start again and agitate normally.
