How to Clean Plastic Textured Tables
Cleaning plastic textured tables doesn't have to be complicated or difficult. Two items you probably already have on hand--vinegar and baking soda--can work wonders on that stained plastic table.
Things You Will Need
- Toothbrush
- Baking soda
- Vinegar
- Dishcloth
- Dishtowel
- Bucket or large basin or sink

Cleaners such as Mr. Clean Magic Erasers also work wonders on plastic tables. Furniture dusting spray sprayed onto a plastic table top often removes wax-based substances such as crayons and candle wax.

Soak the dishcloth in vinegar in a bucket, basin or the sink and use it to wet the tabletop and any other part of the table in need of cleaning.

Sprinkle baking soda over the tabletop so that the baking soda begins to resemble a damp paste.

Using the toothbrush, scrub the textured tabletop being sure to grind the abrasive baking soda into the texture of the table. Rinse periodically with water or vinegar on the dishcloth.

Repeat scouring with the toothbrush and baking soda and vinegar until the table is clean. Towel dry.
