How to Remove Peach Stains

Peach stains are some of the most difficult stains to remove, but they are not impossible with the right materials.

Whether you have a peach stain on a blouse or a couch cushion, using pure grain alcohol or javelle water will ensure it is removed in under 10 minutes.

Place a pot of water on the stovetop and heat it until hot. Place the bottle of grain alcohol in the heated water to warm it up.

Pour the heated grain alcohol over the peach stain thoroughly, holding it over a sink. If the peach stain doesn't fade at all, continue heating up the pot of water until it is boiling. Then proceed to pour the boiling water over the peach stain while it is filtered over a sink .

Use Javelle water if the boiling water and alcohol doesn't work. Javelle water can be found at drugstores; just ask the pharmacy clerk.

Soak the peach stain in a bowl of the room temperature Javelle water for 3 to 4 minutes, making sure it is completely immersed. After it has soaked, rinse it in cold water.

Wash the fabric as usual in the washer machine with your regular laundry detergent.
