It is not too expensive and easy to install. However, white marble still needs to be cleaned every so often to keep it looking its best.
Things You Will Need
-
Spray the white marble rocks with your garden hose. Spray them with enough pressure to remove dirt but not enough to send them flying.
-
Allow the white marble rocks to air dry in the sun.
-
Fill a tub or large bucket with warm water, 1 cup of bleach per 10 gallons of water and 2 tablespoons of mild dishwashing liquid.
-
Shovel the white marble rocks into a tub of water. Bleach mixture and let the rocks soak over night. If needed, stir the rocks in the tub with the handle of a broom.
-
Place a window screen on top of two blocks and push the blocks apart until you have a large opening between the blocks. The screen will act as a filter for the rocks.
-
Shovel the rocks onto the screen in small batches at a time. Spray the rocks with fresh, clean water from your garden hose.
-
Transport the white marble rocks to a tarp that you have laid out in the sun and allow them to air dry in the sun.
-
Return the clean marble rocks to their original home.
