Step 1

Install rounded installation moldings onto the roof, using galvanized screws and a drill. Mount the moldings every 16 inches on the roof joists, or directly to the roofing boards spaced every 16 or 32 inches apart.

Step 2

Lay the first corrugated panels onto the rooftop in the installation area. Place the panels flush to the edge of the roof and its intersection with walls (if any). Make sure the panel's curves rest flush over the moldings.

Step 3

Drill holes through the corrugated material, moldings and into the roofing boards. Insert a galvanized screw into the hole and drill the screw into the roofing board to secure the panel. If installing directly onto a roof joist, pre-drill the holes by measuring every 16 inches along the panel and marking a chalk line to denote the location of the joists. Drill holes along the chalk line.

Step 4

Place corrugated panels on the roof one next to the other. Overlap the panels lengthwise so one corrugation curve rests on top of the last curve on the preceding panel. Install rows with 1/2 foot of overlap along the width (short side) of the panels. Higher rows must be placed over the rows beneath them.
