How to Clean Acrylic Furniture
If you like style, strength, and portability, you may be a fan of acrylic furniture. Acrylic furniture has a durable, yet lightweight composition that can last for many years if taken care of properly. Cleaning acrylic furniture is one of the best ways to extend its lifespan. If you don't clean your acrylic surfaces, they can become marred with stains, dust, dirt, mold and mildew. Cleaning acrylic furniture the wrong way can harm the surfaces.
Sweep off any dust or debris that you can dislodge easily. This prevents the dust from acting as an abrasive when you begin to wash the acrylic. You can use a vacuum cleaner for this.
Fill a bucket with warm, soapy water.
Dip a soft cleaning sponge into the bucket, and use it to wipe the piece of furniture.
Rinse the furniture with clean water.
Allow the acrylic furniture to air-dry in a warm, well-ventilated area.
