Many home accessories are also made of matte stainless steel, and when you've got a number of surfaces around the home made of this material, it is important to know how to properly care for and safely clean the steel surfaces.

  1. Fill a spray bottle with 2 cups white vinegar.

  2. Spray the vinegar directly onto your matte stainless steel.

  3. Wipe the steel with a damp, lint-free cloth to remove soil and the vinegar.

  4. Buff the stainless steel with a dry, lint-free cloth to remove moisture and prevent streaks from drying onto the matte steel.
