How to Cancel a Delayed Start on an LG Dishwasher

Step 1

Grasp the LG dishwasher door handle and unlatch the door just enough to open it slightly. Look for the word “Cancel” on the control console. It will have a line on each side pointing down to two different buttons on the control console.

Step 2

Press and hold the two buttons that the “Cancel” icon is pointing to while the door is open. This will clear the “Delayed Start” on the display screen. These buttons may have different label names based on your model of dishwasher. Consult your user's manual for more information on these buttons.

Step 3

Release the buttons and close the dishwasher door once the “Delayed Start” time is clear on the display screen.
