Clean the glass using glass cleaner and coffee filters. The coffee filters will not leave any lint on the glass when you wipe the surface with them. Ensure that the surface is completely dry.

Sand the surface of the glass lightly with fine grain sand paper. Repeat step one, ensuring that the surface is free of any debris.

Attach the spray gun handle to the top of the primer paint can, so that it snaps into place. This is not necessary although will provide a comfortable way to apply the paint.

Hold the spray can 6 to 8 inches away from the glass, and squeeze the trigger on the handle to disperse the paint. Move the can back and forth across the surface of the glass so that the primer is being applied evenly. Wait approximately 1 hour for the paint to dry. Remove the spray gun handle from the primer can.

Attach the spray gun handle to the top of the mirror paint can, so that it snaps into place.

Repeat steps three and four with a clear coat finish. Apply two coats of the finish allowing each coat of paint to dry before applying the next. This will provide additional protection to the mirror spray. Allow the mirror to dry for 1 hour.
