Cover the paint spill with some cat litter to absorb the liquid, if the spill just happened. If the paint is dry, skip to step 4.

Make sure the spill is completely covered. Let the cat litter sit on the spill for about 15 minutes. Wear rubber gloves.

Shovel up the cat litter and place it in a trash can or bag.

Wipe up any remaining spilled paint with an old rag.

Apply enough Goof Off Professional to cover the paint spill spot. Let the chemical sit for about 10 minutes. Read any recommendations and cautions on the product's container.

Agitate the Goof Off Professional chemical with a stiff bristle brush.

Wipe the paint spill spot with a old rag to remove the paint and chemical remover. Continue wiping until the paint has been removed.

Mix in a bucket a cleaning solution of 1 tablespoon of dish washing liquid and 1 gallon of warm water.

Apply some of the cleaning solution to the spot where the paint spilled. Scrub to remove any dirt and residue.

Rinse the concrete surface with warm water and let surface dry.
