How to Lock Liquor Cabinets

Andrea Palmer

Alcoholic beverages may seem great for entertaining, but open storage can be dangerous if you have young children or frequent guests in the kitchen. Storing alcohol in a liquor cabinet with an adequate lock ensures the security of your alcohol, and protects your children from accessing it accidentally. Some choose push-button combination or pad locks since they require a combination or key that only the installer would possess. Lock kits contain all you need to easily assemble a lock on your liquor cabinet.
