Open the Eggs 'n Muffin Breakfast Pan.
Crack one or two eggs into the breakfast maker. The number of eggs you use depends on how thick you like your sandwich.
Place a sausage patty on top of the eggs in the pan. Alternately, if you prefer, use bacon, ham or vegetables.
Close the lid and place the breakfast maker in your microwave oven. Set the timer for 45 seconds and start the cooking process.
Remove the pan from the oven and open it to look at the egg. If it appears soft or uncooked, place it back in the oven for another 10 to 15 seconds.
Open the Eggs 'n Muffin Breakfast Pan and turn it upside down to release the egg onto your muffin.
