How to Clean Acorn Wool Slippers
The Acorn company began manufacturing slippers, slipper socks and shoes in 1976. Acorn produces a variety of styles of footwear for men, women and children including wool slippers.
Things You Will Need
- Mild laundry detergent
- Lint-free towel
You may also wash the slippers in the washing machine with cool water, and then allow them to air-dry.
The slippers are manufactured with high-quality products, and to ensure the materials are not damaged, proper care and cleaning is recommended. Properly cleaning your Acorn wool slippers only takes a few minutes and will help keep your slippers looking their best.
Fill your sink with cool water and the recommended amount of mild laundry detergent for a small load.
Submerge the Acorn wool slippers into the soapy water.
Wash each slipper with your hands, gently rubbing the material. You may use a soft lint-free cloth if desired.
Rinse the slippers with cool water to remove all of the detergent.
Lay the shoes on a towel and allow them to air-dry.
