How to Clean Dog Drool Stains From Waxed Hardwood Floors

Step 1

Mix 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar in a bucket with a gallon of warm water.

Step 2

Dip a clean rag in the mixture, then wring out all the excess moisture.

Step 3

Set the rag on top of the dog drool stain, and leave it for 10 seconds.

Step 4

Rub the stain away using small, circular motions. Rinse the rag in the mixture as necessary, but wring out the excess moisture each time to avoid oversaturation of the wood.

Step 5

Buff the area dry using a soft cloth.
