Use the welder to weld the end of the smaller exhaust tubing onto the end of your current exhaust outlet.

Use the hacksaw to cut the newly welded tubing to a length of 3 inches. Weld the other larger piece of tubing onto the end of the smaller diameter tubing.

Use the welder to weld a piece of sheet metal over the end of the larger diameter tubing and then use the drill to drill a series of 50 or so holes in the sheet metal to allow the exhaust gases to escape.
