Use the welder to weld the end of the smaller exhaust tubing onto the end of your current exhaust outlet.
Use the hacksaw to cut the newly welded tubing to a length of 3 inches. Weld the other larger piece of tubing onto the end of the smaller diameter tubing.
Use the welder to weld a piece of sheet metal over the end of the larger diameter tubing and then use the drill to drill a series of 50 or so holes in the sheet metal to allow the exhaust gases to escape.
Things You Will Need
- Exhaust pipe for your engine
- Exhaust pipe 2 inches bigger than your engine
- Metal sheeting
- Drilling more holes will make the exhaust louder, while fewer will make it quieter. Remember however that this will slightly restrict the exhaust flow of your engine and could affect performance.
