Verify you are placing the garments in the right tub for your application if you get unexpected results. The washer is the lower unit with a horizontal lid over the tub. The dryer is the upper unit. The dryer has a vertical door.

Make sure the hot and cold water inlet faucets are turned on. They will probably be behind the laundry center, so you may have to pull the whole unit away from the wall. Unlike a side-by-side washer and dryer, the laundry center’s height may cause blocking of access to controls at the wall.

Wash and dry smaller loads and sort the loads properly if there’s excessive lint build-up. Sort lint givers, such as towels and chenille, from lint takers, such as corduroy and synthetics.
