How to Clean Burned Pots and Pans Naturally
Dump 2 tablespoons of baking soda into the dirty pot or pan.
Add a quart of tap water to the pot or pan.
Bring to water in the pot or pan to a boil.
Turn off the heat and let the dirty pot or pan sit for about an hour.
Dump the water and baking soda and wipe the pot or pan with a sponge. The burn stains will lift off easily.

- For tough stains, you may need to repeat the process and also use an abrasive scrubber rather than a sponge.
- For non-stick surfaces though, always use a sponge.
