Pour dish soap or other mild cleanser into the soap receptacle. Dish soap will remove greasy stains and dirt, but any general purpose cleaner will work well.
Attach the water hose to the pressure washer. Be sure that the nozzle is tight before turning on the water to avoid getting soaked.
Plug the pressure washer into a nearby electrical outlet. Depress the trigger a few times to build up pressure.
Stand at least four feet away from the mobile home and set the pressure washer to use both soap and water. Begin spraying at the top of the home and work your way down slowly.
After washing a section of the wall, switch the pressure washer to water only and rinse the soap off of the wall thoroughly.
Continue these steps on sections of the mobile home until all of it has been cleaned. If any stains remain, they will probably need to be scrubbed with bleach.
