How to Reset GE Deep Fryers

  1. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet and from the fryer socket.

  2. Wait until the deep fryer and the oil inside of it cool completely. This could take more than an hour.

  3. Press the small "Reset" button with the tip of a pen or pencil. The reset button is located at the back of the control assembly. The deep fryer is now reset.
