  1. Rinse the Kohler stainless steel sink with cool water and a dishrag.

  2. Dry the sink with a soft cloth.

  3. Apply 2 tbsp. of stainless steel cleaner to a damp sponge. Wipe the entire sink with the cleaner.

  4. Wet the sponge and wipe it over the sink, rinsing the cleaner from the surface. Dry the sink with a clean cloth.

  5. Pour 1 tbsp. of stainless steel polish onto a damp cloth. Rub the polish over the scratches in the sink. If the stainless steel has a grain, work the cloth in the same direction as the grain. Apply medium pressure to the cloth as you rub.

  6. Inspect the scratches. If they remain, pour an additional 1/2 tsp. of the polish on the cloth and continue rubbing until the scratches fade.

  7. Wipe the polish from the sink with a soft, clean cloth.

Tips

If the scratches remain after polishing, call the Kohler company and ask about solutions for deep scratch marks.
