If you have trouble codes on your Brinks system that need to be deleted, all you need to do is hit a few button combinations.

Standard Keypad

  1. Press the “Options” key. Press the “3” key. The “Enter Code” light will blink.

  2. Enter the master user code. The keypad will beep and the “Enter User #” will blink.

  3. Enter your user number. The keypad will beep. The “Enter Code” light will blink.

  4. Hit the “Cancel” button. The keypad will beep.

Premium Keypad

  1. Press the “Options” key until the message window reads “AUXILIARY CODES, ENTER MASTER CODE.”

  2. Enter the master user code. The keypad will beep and the screen will read “Enter User #.”

  3. Enter your user code. The keypad will beep. The window will read “Enter New Code.”

  4. Hit the “Cancel” button. The keypad will beep.
